With innovative compression technologies, we are able to address the tradeoff
between recognition quality, image quality, and file sizes. Bitonal images have traditionally been used for storage because they take up less space, but they don't always look the best for all applications. Grayscale and color images are more desirable for viewing, and in some cases, offer better recognition quality, but transmitting and storing files can be time-consuming.

Our OCR software can output to all the popular formats including CSV, PDF, XML, HTML, TXT, RTF, XLS, and many more formats. We support many proprietary and uncommon file formats and have a very strong format conversion expertise. Please ask us if you would need a special output format.
